Life at Prosperon: Valuing the Employee Voice

At Prosperon, we believe that a positive and inclusive workplace is built through collaboration, and there’s no better way to achieve this than by listening to the voices of our employees. Our monthly Employee Voice session is one of the ways we empower our team to contribute ideas that not only shape their work environment but also help build the success of our organisation. 

By giving employees a platform to share their thoughts and suggestions, we’ve made meaningful changes that reflect what truly matters to our team. Thanks to these sessions, we’ve increased basic holiday entitlement from 20 to 25 days, introduced a more relaxed dress code, and even brought the joy of pets to the office with our popular “Bring Your Dog to Work” day! 

Our employees have also been instrumental in creating opportunities for environmental and charity volunteering leave, as well as nominating our annual charity of the year, allowing us to give back to our community while fostering a sense of purpose beyond the workplace.  

These achievements are a testament to how much we value the Employee Voice. We know that a happy, engaged team is the key to driving innovation and success. We encourage all employees to join our monthly Employee Voice sessions—your ideas are the foundation of our culture, and together, we can continue to shape a workplace that we’re all proud to be a part of.
