Log in to the Orion Web Console
Navigate to:
Settings → My Orion Deployment → Diagnostics
Select Create Full Diagnostic Output
The system will generate a diagnostics ZIP file (this may take a few minutes)
Save the file to a known location on your computer
Log in directly to the Orion Server
Open the following menu path:
Start → Programs → SolarWinds Orion → Documentation and Support → Orion Diagnostics
Select Start Diagnostics
Save the generated ZIP file to your desktop or another accessible known location
Once the ZIP file has been generated, upload it using the form on the left-hand side of this text.
After submission:
• A Prosperon specialist will analyse the diagnostic data
• Your SolarWinds Vitality Snapshot Report will be generated
• You will receive a clear overview of your platform’s health and optimisation opportunities
Most reports are delivered within 48 hours.
