At Prosperon, we value the voices of our team and enjoy exploring the unique aspects of their roles—what challenges them, what motivates them, and what they find most rewarding. This month, we hear from Chintan, one of our Customer Retention Specialists, to learn more about his role and discover how problem-solving plays a key part in making his work both engaging and impactful.

Hello everyone, my name is Chintan Ghelani. I joined Prosperon Networks in August 2024 in the Customer Retention (Sales) role.
Having moved to London just a month earlier to joining Prosperon, this marked a new chapter geographically and professionally as it was an opportunity to contribute to Prosperon’s growth while deepening my expertise with SolarWinds’ world-class observability solutions. I was excited to bring my global technology sales experience with the collaborative and customer-focused culture at Prosperon.

I am a big believer in structured workflows, so my typical workday involves daily CRM data analysis, proactive collaboration with sales team, distributors, and SolarWinds counterparts, and quality engagement with customers ensuring they get the best ROI from their investment.

At Prosperon, teamwork is everything. Internally, I partner with account managers, customer retention, and operations colleagues to ensure we are all aligned. Externally, I connect with our vendors, distributors, and customers to resolve bottlenecks and find ways to add value. This approach helps us achieve customer retention and sales objectives.

I found it very rewarding to work for Prosperon where Quality, Unity, and Integrity are values we see in action every day. Whether it is the precision in workflows, the way teams rally together for a customer, or the transparency in our discussions, these values guide everything we do. This ensures we are building trust, solving problems, and finding ways to help customers achieve their business objectives.

The past year has been one of adapting, learning, and delivering results, however I can confidently say at Prosperon we are not just selling software or services but striving for longevity in customer partnerships. Therefore, my focus going ahead will be to continue contributing to Prosperon’s growth in more strategic ways.
